Refund Policy

How refunds are handled for one-time unlocks and monthly subscriptions.

This policy is provided for customer clarity and payment-processor verification.

You can request a refund by contacting support within 14 days of the original payment date. Requests are reviewed based on account activity, usage level, and applicable consumer law.

For one-time purchases, once full export access has been consumed, refund eligibility may be limited where permitted by law. For subscriptions, cancellation stops future renewals and does not retroactively reverse completed billing periods unless required by law.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider and bank, typically 5-10 business days.
